LOTS of light. Wall of office windows that face south. So I get bright light sun up to sunset. But I have her about 6ish feet away so no direct rays. I got her in Oct or Nov, and just fertilized about 2 weeks ago. I get a lot of pink varigation and the plant isn't leggy by any means.

hmm, maybe check the roots and see if it needs a repot? i see you got her fourish months ago, but maybe shes due for a bigger home? other than that im not sure what could cause the small leaves.

I'll check that tomorrow. I didn't think about her being bound since I haven't had her long and put her in the terracotta after her new environment adjustment period. I'll post new/better photos tomorrow.

If she's getting it, it could be an over hormone issue. I'd repot and rinse well. Add some Mycorrhizal. And then light fertilizer

Make sure her soil is getting dry to the bottom and not staying too wet.
