I think this leaf is stuck on my Pink Princess. First time dealing with this, only her 2nd new leaf since I got her like 6 weeks ago. Is this fixable? Do I cut it off? Leave it alone? Genuinely have to clue.. Appreciate any guidance! 🩷

    mist and gently pull from the sheath. absolutely fixable, the leaf will be just fine when it unfurls. this is a very common issue with philodendrons, usually means your humidity is too low.

    I also just used a wet q-tip and ran it between the sheath and new leaf and it worked great!

    Pulled it loose a couple days ago and seems to be doing okay now! 😊

    What's your humidity like? My leaves were getting stuck and I upped the humidity with a simple floor humidifier unit. Worked like a charm!

      It's between 55 - 60 most of the time! Think she needs higher? I did recently move her (when I discovered this issue) from a shelf to my plant room where it's a little more stable, so hoping that helps!
