My philodendron hope leaves are kinda saggy.. I want to water it but I’m really afraid of overwatering it. Last watered April 30th (give or take). I just cut off a leaf yday that had lots of browning on the tips followed by yellowing. The saggy leaf on the right has been like that since I got in December tho

Try to make a moss pole for it and repot it in a bigger pot.I highly recommend for soil.Pet moss, perlite and crushed charcoal.1 bag of each should bring it back to life. Also wait to water it

I’ll share a pic of mine tomorrow morning!! Needs more light and probably humidity. The stems/leaves are so long because they’re stretching for light.

I second this. It’s placed too dark, which means it can’t fuel its growth and can’t use up the water you’re giving it. More light should help balance everything else

As promised!! She’s outside in morning sun and bright indirect through the rest of the day. I live in Georgia so high humidity is always. She thrives indoors right inside of the glass you can kinda see. I miss her regularly inside. This year I’ll be wintering her with some added artificial sun on her side facing away from the sun! 🥰

Thank you so much!! This is super helpful and easy fixes. Out of curiosity, do you find that yours likes being snug in the pot? I bought it root bound and repotted to a size that was barely larger

Mine is about 15 years old from the cutting I got from the mother plant and I refuse to repot her! Her roots go CRAZY on their own. The bigger I pot her the bigger she gets! lol so I’d say mine specifically doesn’t mind roots she does what she wants 🤣
