Has anyone had experience with stunted growth? This splendid rooted beautifully and even started putting out a new leaf, but has since stopped growing at all. It’s been a few weeks with no growth. This leaf is the original leaf as well from the cutting I was given. I also have a paraiso verde that has been very stubborn and won’t root. It was in coco coir but is now in water. Any tips welcome as I’m new to philos!

I always think maybe more sun can help- and fertilizer I use Neptune’s harvest fish and seaweed!

A few weeks also isn’t all that long. I agree that fertilizer and light are a good start. Especially for a freshly-planted cutting it’s a good idea to start with a lighter fertilizer and go from there. The leaf it started that stopped growing: does it look disfigured at all? Or just not developing more?

thank you! and as far as I can tell it isn’t disfigured. hasn’t opened up yet at all. I’ll post a picture of the leaf in the comments once I get home and get one of it

So the splendid is in potting mix and the paraiso verde is in water?
