I am rescuing this Pink Princess from root rot, I decided the only way to save her is to cut and propagate, I made sure there are two nodes in the water, the plant gets plenty of light, and she’s already putting out a new leaf! Any tips? Much appreciated <3

You can actually cut each leaf into a separate cutting. You only need one little node on each cutting for it to work. You can even do a “wet stick” which is just a stem with a node. I just successfully did this for the first time and it’s quite fascinating

Wet stick prop :) (it’s buried now)

I’ve had a lot of success with my propagations starting in leca. It’s worked really well for my more challenging starts
