My pink princess is doing great, but this one leaf is doing this. It’s by far the best leaf so I don’t want to cut it off. Do I just leave it or is there something I can do? And what might have caused this?

Tila_TequiiraVariegated leaves do this because there is no chlorophyll. I just snip off that part when it fully browns
