I bought two small pink princesses in mid January. One of them they weren’t sure she would live or not so they gave me her for $5. She has one big healthy variegated leaf on it and the other is a solid pink leaf. I recently cut the pink one off and a new growth started, and now there is ANOTHER solid pink leaf. Am I doing something wrong?

Not at all. That's totally normal for most PPP

Oh thank god. The plant store I got it from told me it needed to be removed. But if it’s sprouting another one, I would think that’s just what she wants to do lol

A lot of people remove them as soon as they unfurl and show all pink just because there is no chlorophyll in the leaf so it is essentially burning up energy from the plant as a whole and not contributing to any energy since it has no chlorophyll
