I got this little Birkin Plant, which has been growing pretty well. I am in central Florida and The only thing I see that’s going on is that with the crazy weather change and having to turn on the A/C or Heat in the house and I feel like it has created mold on the topsoil? Or I mistaking it for something else? Help me figure out or understand what’s going on.

it’s generally a moisture issue or lack of airflow. You can scrape off the mold and sprinkle some cinnamon on the soil. This much on your plant is not harmful! It can be an indication to water a bit less or put it in a better draining soil.

Should I do a light sprinkle and then mix the soil on top or just keep the cinnamon on it without mixing it?

    Just sprinkle it on top!
