I can’t make it out of a store without plants….lol Anyways, I had to save the Swiss cheese. It’s in bad shape. Please give me recommendations on how best to go about getting him together. And I bought two glorious. One is worse than the other. I’m asking for some direction on those as well.
Lord those are in rough shape. I would first treat for any freeloaders. I mix up Sexy Plant Spray and have it on hand all the time for when I bring new plants home (2 cups water, 2 Tbs Neem Oil, 1 Tbs Pepperment Castor oil soap, 1 TBS Isopropyl Alchol) then cut off any damaged leaves. Give them a drink with some nutrient rich water and let the acclimate.

1 mi piaceI usually wait to repot after they have acclimated but if they are root bound you don’t have to. I know a lot of people that swear by repotting right away.

And I can’t get either one of the gloriosums out of their decorative pots. The black pots are stuck in there lol
0 Mi piaceOh No. that’s probably a bad sign as far as it being root bound goes. Sounds like repotting right away is the way to go. I only have one gloriosum and I just got it so I don’t have enough experience to tell you how well they will bounce back. The swiss should bounce back fine once the roots have new soil to explore.
