Could be ripped from a humidity issue, the browning could be thirps

I checked all around the leaves and did not see anything move or alive 😭 could it still be thrips? What can I do to get rid of them?

If you see nothing on the other leaves it may not be it but keep an eye on it, every watering just wipe the leaves down with a a wet cloth or sock

Thrips are hard to spot with the naked eye but I hope that’s not the case for you! Do you happen to know approximately what the humidity is in that room?
