What are these brown spots all about? This plant is otherwise healthy, I have it in a great location, I checked the soil before watering, and I have noticed several new leaves lately. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

    Have you checked for pests? Mine was doing this, and I found spider mites. 🫠 If you see any super small specs of “dirt” on the back of the leaves or the stem, lightly blow on it and see if the “dirt” starts crawling.

    agree with possible spider mites, but also consider too much sun. highly variegated plants like yours are much more susceptible to sunburn.
