Hello All, Beginner Philodendron dad here. Not really sure whats going on here…at first I thought these dark spots were sun scorches but they’re soft to the touch, more soft than the plant itself. These 2 are the worst of the leaves. There are 2 other leaves on this plant that the tips are starting to brown as well. Maybe someone can point me in the right direction on what to do?? Thanks!

how does the soil feel cause it could potentially be over watered. i would cut them off so new leaves can grow in their spot and don’t waste their energy on that one

The soil is dry until I reach the bottom of the pot, then it’s just damp.

Thank you for this comment!! lol my Birkin just did this after being repotted and I thought I killed part of him but everything else is still otherwise healthy! A-hole plant, water time-out it is for the attitude given 🤣

I would water it less frequently.
