I have a pretty large (10ft+ vines) Heart Leaf that’s been in the same pot for about 5 years now. How damaging to my vine would it be to repot it, and are there any LARGE hanging indoor pots yall can recommend? (It’s already in a 12in pot)

    Personally I would slice off the bottom 1/4th to 1/3 of the root ball and put it back in the same pot with fresh soil. Just use a clean knife and slice it horizontally. It will not hurt the plant as long as it’s healthy and it will trigger new growth! I hate repotting vine plants though. When I have a long vine repot, I use plastic wrap to kinda wrap the vines so they don’t go everywhere on me. Or just have a friend help.

      I’m nervous because this plant survived a TON of much breakage 2 years ago (we broke off 20 feet then and it had the 10 or so left) and it’s barely gotten established with new growth and “flowers” here in the new house. Would it be best to wait or since it’s okay can I go ahead and try?
