I have this beautiful McColley’s finale but I feel like he isn’t growing at all. He is in the brightest window I have in my house. Any tips?

    Check the roots to see if root bound. Repot, if needed. Add a grow light. My plants I brought in for winter stagnated until I got grow lights. They started putting out new roots again. Fertilize with diluted liquid fertilizer once per month. Keep away from cold drafts. Cold air can signal plants to slow or stop growth until temperatures increase.
