     That’s what I was hoping especially with the variegation 20$$$$$&!!! . Was also thinking Jose Buono or burle marxxi ?

   Yeah. I think you are right. Looks more like variegated burle Marxii.

   Definitely, Burle Marxii. My Billitiae has dark leaves and reddish stems.

     My Burle Marxii that has leaf variations from being under watered. It’s the standard non variegated variety.

   Shape of it looks like my Billie and not my Burle, but the coloring.. my Billie has orange-y stems and darker leaves and my Burle is a much darker color than that. 😅
