Give it time and it should be alright. However, if it’s been awhile like that, it’s gonna stay that way. Leaves usually get stuck if a watering is missed when the leaf is getting pushed out, or if there isn’t enough sunlight present.

Ok thank you.. I’m going to purchase a grow light to help them. It was in a west facing window. I moved it back to a south facing one.. thank you again

Yeah I had a moonlight Philo that put out a bunch of leaves and they looked like your picture, never unfurled. Put it under a grow light and the new leaves came out wonderfully. A lot of people say to up the humidity, but I haven’t had success that way. And misting the new leaves usually rots them (moisture trapped inside, but that’s just my experience).

Ok thank you… instead of purchasing a humidifier. Do you think a bowl or vase of water my plants will help?

You could try putting a pebble tray underneath it, that would help increase the humidity, but they do need a good washing from time-to-time.

I mist my philodendrons daily when new leaves are emerging
