First time using a moss pole. I KNOW the pot is way too big, but it's all that would for the pole. To compensate, I don't fill the very bottom of the pole with too much soil, trying to make the pot seem smaller. Do we think this will be ok? It's a Philo Melanchrysum btw Also I will be adding more moss, this is all I had for now.

      Thank you I'm so excited to finally give her support! Just hoping the pot isn't too big and she doesn't get rot

    If you’re really worried about the pot being too big, you could just try watering it a little less.

    If you have some roots forming by the moss pole, I wouldn’t even water the pot. Just water the pole. When they’re small like this, i use a small squeeze bottle to keep the pole moist.
