Sudden degradation of a plant with puckering, mottled and yellowing leaves can be caused by sap sucking insects. Start by checking the leaves and the soil for insects (fungus gnats, spider mites, mealy bugs, thrips). Check the roots for watering issues like root rot, slow drainage, bound roots or slow drying soil. Insufficient light can degrade a plant. This kind of plant needs about 6 hours of light a day. Add a grow light, if needed. Use a light meter for accuracy.

Agree with the above— I would also start by removing any damaged/suffering leaves and possibly prune it back a bit.
