heres some of the 12 philos from the original philo. have a total of six that i chose to propagate. these four will be repotted soon, starting with the one thats bloomed a whole new leaf ! root systems have grown amazingly ! gonna give some fertilizer to those that have struggled a bit to expand their root systems past half an inch :/ hopefully it helps - any other tips will be appreciated

    Do you still have dirt on the roots? If so, I would recommend rinsing them off ☺️ also, if you’re going to use fertilizer, make sure it’s one that’s meant for hydroponics ☺️

      i did leave the soil on these before putting them in but it hasnt affected their growth, i think it actually helped acclimate them. they came from a plant from a nursery that seemed like a normal philo but was actually twelve put together. theyre about to go into soil soon anyway, but for future props i will take that info ! and thank you for the tip with fertilizer i will look for some :)

      ☺️ when they need to be in water for a while, any extra organic matter can make the water a poor environment. Good luck!
