      if it’s anything like my other philodendron, i’ve had mine for a couple months and only gotten a few new leaves, with proper watering and care.

    I have a Red Emerald (yours and mine are both similar P. Erubesecens varieties), mine has grown about 6ft since I got it almost a year ago. Probably would have even grown more, but I moved twice so it was in less than ideal conditions and new environments for some of that time.

    I repotted my pink princess 4 weeks ago when I got her and with some good light and consistent watering I’ve had a new leaf every week! Good luck!
