My philodendron white wizard is still growing strong however I’ve noticed lately these brown patches on the leaves. Should I be concerned? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

RikkayChunkier soil so that the plant is properly draining after each watering! I add leca and orchid bark to my potting soil to help with drainage!

Thank you for the suggestion! I’ll try repotting in a better soil blend
