Hello:), I recently got a Brazil potho from Walmart 3-4 days ago. How long should I let her acclimate to her new home before I repot? The roots already sticking out of the bottom.

Hi again! So I have this golden pothos and some leaves on the varigation are getting a lil brown? But is a weird brown. Anyone know what this could be from?

Purchased this pothos online. It was supposed to be (according to the photo online) a Snow Queen. The photo looked more white than cream/yellow. But maybe it will get more white? Sure looks me like a Marble Queen to me. Am I crazy?

New to this also. When is a good time to prune my pothos back and make the main plant fuller. And how would I go about pruning anyways and do you cut at an angle and where would I cut and is it a good idea to prune it way back and how do you know its mature too.

I potted my golden pothos from a cup of water almost a week ago but now the base leaf is starting to yellow and weaken and im not sure why

Hello all you lovely humans:) I just wanted to share my journey w/ my golden potho as this was my very first plant I had owned at the time and everyone on this app has helped me learn and grow so much about so many plants , I now have 10+ plants 😂. Anyways I was gifted this potho back in October 2024. She was very leggy so I chopped and propped around December . Since then she has grown so much and there’s no more leggyness! I have also potted my props and they are doing amazing :) I am planning on repotting my new smaller plant w/ the mother plant next spring so I’ll have an even bushier plant , I’m also considering adding my neon pothos with it :) This has been such a fun little journey, thank you to everyone here for helping me so much!! 😊🥰🌿

Could anyone help me with this plant? Ive had it for months and it hasn’t put out new leafs and the ones it has keeps browning and dying off. I thought it may be because I didn’t water it enough so I’ve increased the watering and it’s still declining…. The water in the bottom is because I just watered it. Any advice I’d really appreciate thank you all!💚

Hey I’m new here and I just got this plant from my grandma. She had had this for 18 years and it has been surviving on well water but it needed some help because it had a lot of hard water build up and hasn’t been repoted since she got it as a baby. I got it a new pot and got it all untangled and stung along my wall I was just needing some tips on how to encourage her to produce more leaves she’s really long but not fluffy. Picture on the left is before I repotted and you can see the hardwater build up at the bottom of the bucket On the right is the most recent picture of it right now

I had this golden pothos cutting in a little cup with water for like 6 months and it grew 3 more leaves and some roots and I put it in a pot with soil yesterday is there anything I can do to make sure it stays alive because last time I put a cutting from water in soil it died

Hello! New manjula owner here! These brown spots have been appearing and I know these higher variegated plants are prone to them more but they all kinda appeared suddenly. Anyone know what it could be? And any way to prevent?

Hi plant pals! So this is my golden pothos that came back from the grave 🤣 she is loving life in the water and has just sprouted a second new leaf! I’m wondering if the stems are supposed to be attached that far up? You can see the light shining through the skin that seems to be holding them together. It also looks like the leaf node on the new leaf is in between the two stems. Sorry if I’m not using the right terminology. Any idea if this is normal? I’m still learning about pothos and google didn’t really help.

💥 HELP!! A couple of Millie's leaves have turned yellow! 🥺 What can this be a sign of? I thought maybe they didn't get enough light. Planta said my bedroom was too dark, but I've started to leave the curtains open during the day so the gets more light. Any ideas what the yellowing is caused by? Also I saw this weird browned spot on a leaf. What could that be from? Last question, promise, should I think about repotting soon? It looks like roots are close to growing through the drainage holes 😬 THANK YOU!

alright, I’m back with another question! Do I need to cut this and propagate it or is it a lost cause? I bought the plant like this and I’m wondering if it’s a root or not…if I do need to cut it, where would you suggest? Thank you lovely people!!

The first photo is my scindapsus pictus today and the second is it a month or so ago, I’m wondering why all of a sudden the second stem turned green. Pls help😭😭 this plant normally doesn’t stress me out at all, idk what’s going on 😭.

Help me rehab my pothos :( I got this guy when he was full and bushy, after about two weeks I repotted him in a large pot (maybe too large?) with new soil. He IMMEDIATELY started wilting, yellowing, and dropping leaves. After a few days where he kept getting worse I transferred him back to his nursery pot. A lot of the leaves came back to life but plenty are still withering and sad. Any ideas how I can help him and what went wrong? He sits in the exact same spot as my other pothos who is thriving, so I don't believe room conditions are the factor.
