I got this plant probably a month ago at this point and when I got it, I left it in the car for probably 20 minutes to run in and grab a drink on a hot day and it leaves got super limp for probably two days after sticking it inside and now a month later, I have a ton of dark spots. Do you think it is from the sun exposure? It was not really ever exposed to direct sun although I did have a grow light on it and all I could think of is that maybe it scorched it but I don’t know why else these leaves would be turning brown?

I have been propagating off of my pothos plant for a little while now but I think this is funny. I had a vine that was getting way way too long so I cut it back and cut that into two starter vines. The leaves at the very end of the vine were very small and starting to die because they were so far away from the light but the start from the good portion was doing so well it started producing new leaves before it was even potted

hi everyone, this is my first time trying to care for a plant! I have a golden pothos, I got her two weeks ago. I watered her last Wednesday and today. I’m wondering if these leaves are going to be okay, or if the shoot that are dark coloured are normal? Please give any advice, I’ll take anything I can get.

A bit of a background. I’m a new time plant owner. I have never owned plants and don’t have a green thumb at all. That being said, I purchased 2 Pothos after reading that they are low maintenance and easy to care for. These are shown in the picture. I’m still learning so my question is, whether this is an appropriate spot for them. I’m afraid they’re not getting enough sunlight, especially the leaves trailing upward. Thoughts?

I’ve been propagating cut offs from my 3 year old golden pothos. I change their water about once a week and today I notice these little crystallized clusters forming. Anyone in the community recognize this? Should I be concerned?

I have 4 separate golden pothos plants that all continue to put out gorgeous leaves, but it’s becoming a little unmanageable to water. I just spilled soil all over my bathroom trying to untangle the vines down from the hanging basket. Do I chop and prop?

Hey hey my pothos plant friends look at how many small babies I got off the mother plant on my patio to propagate. Two in soil and one in Lecca clay balls 🤞🏽🤞🏽Man I hope they do good. I also was able to put two small stems in a small glass vessel, with hydroponic nutrient feed🙂🤞🏽🤞🏽

it’s been a year and there’s only one new leaf. I’m wondering if it helps to re-pot the plant into a bigger pot? (So it can grow bushier and more new leaves?

Hi! I took this pothos home from a funeral in 2023. It came with the stake in it. I’ve since repotted her and she seems healthy. Any ideas on what I can do to “upgrade” her? I was considering removing the stake and adding a trellis instead but I’m not sold on the idea. Any suggestions are appreciated!

This is a joyful post meant to also bring hope to all Pothos owners. This Marble Queen started as a single leaf that I was given so I could propagate it (April 2024). Look at her now! Light, watering only when top inch of soil is dry, fertilizer once a month from April to October. Pothos are so wonderful and forgiving. Cheers!

I dropped my marble pothos today and all the soil spilled and the plant fell out, so I added more soil and put it back in the pot. I also talked nice to it and everything I hope it doesn’t die on me! I felt so baddddd
