Update: My babies, Millie and Molly, are doing great after they're first repotting ❤︎ Especially, Molly! She's grown some and has quite a few new leaves growing 🤩 Millie on the other hand hasn't really grown at all 🤔 They're fertilizing schedule is still some time away, but for now I'm trying something else. I've pinned down a couple of the leggier pieces to the soil with bobby pins. Hopefully, this will encourage the aerial roots to take. Supposedly once the roots take, my babies can start to become fuller. Now, I just need to wait and see! ت︎

I put some pothos cuttings into an aquaponic system hoping they would take up extra nitrates. Did they ever....

Hi all, my Philodendron has started to get some browning on her leaves. Any advice to fix this? She has a few shoots, so it seems like she’s happy otherwise. I’m fairly new to plant care and troubleshooting, so any advice would be appreciated!

She has settled in and I think she is starting even to push up some new growth already! She was ready for this!

I think these ladies may be ready to take to soil, but I’m not 100%, maybe another week or two? They all have at least 2” root that seems pretty healthy looking. Any suggestions?

Is this normal or do I have two different varieties of pothos here? Half of my n’joy is more speckled/marbled, while the other half has more distinct color blocks of solid green, light green, and cream colors.

I love it when I go into stores and they have plants priced wrong. I went to Walmart today and got a cebu blue pothos for $9.97 (which is not ever easy to find in big box stores)….the plants was the price sale they had on their golden pothos. Needless to say I was SUPER HAPPY they had to sale it for the ticket price. I told the worker it was labeled wrong and she said I’m not surprised I guess costumers will be getting them at that sale price then😳.. I should go back and grab a few more this afternoon before someone who cares about their job changes it 😂😂😂.. new plants with new names posting soon after I do my normal treatments after bringing them home. 😊😊😊

I’ve been all over the place and realized today I’ve been neglecting my pothos big time and she has root rot :(( there’s lots of healthy leaves though, can I just propagate them? I don’t know much about propagation so any tips would be nice. I just wanna save her if I can. I cut off the rotting roots and stuck the stem in new water, I hope that wasn’t a bad decision. Again, any help is appreciated!

HELP! I recently repotted this pothos from ceramic pot to bigger metal pot and it’s dying and fallout out from the roots. Should I replant it again? In a smaller or bigger pot? I’ve been growing it since it was a baby so please help me save her!

Just a reminder that mealybugs can actually hide inside the unbelievably small crevice between a leaf and the vine, and sometimes they don't make an appearance for weeks or a even a month for two. Aria started out as four 10 inch leaves that I water propped. Cleaned them really well when I brought them in then saturated them with a neem oil mix. Everything was all good until new leaves started appearing. Now every new leaf that unfurls already has some friends hitching a ride inside. I HATE these things. They are soooooo hard to get rid of. I've done sprays, alcohol, been, washed the whole plant in insecticidal soap, everything. She's in water so Bonide isn't an option, although I hear they're generally resistant anyway. Anyone have a suggestion for treating these little a-holes systemically in a hydroponic setup?

Any ideas what happened to my marble Queen I had placed it above the window when I got it and it was a little too dark I noticed the plant was half dead and lowered it and did the usual care and it just kept dying I pulled out the three remaining leaves that were left through them in water under the grow light to try to save the remainders and I'm down to one and a half leaves 🤦😩 I have a super happy neon and Jade pothos, so IDK I'm just sad about it was it just the dark time? I'm afraid to get another one but I do want another pothos and color so I can mix three of them in one pot any suggestions to a heartier pretty kind

Hi everyone A person recently gave me this pothos because they were afraid they were killing it. Does anyone know what type of pothos this is? Also the leaves and stem appear very weak and delicate, and recommendations on how to fix this?

Hi fellow pothos parents! I have one plant that has been growing so well! But when I watered it the other day I noticed roots sticking out through the drainage holes. My first thought was to repot it thinking that the plant has gotten too big for the pot that it’s in. But I’m afraid to repot because it’s growing so well I don’t want to shock the plant and potentially kill it. It’s still growing new leaves. Should I repot it?
