Can anyone tell me what plant this is? (Pls ignore the ZZ leaf… there was a lady bug in the room and I needed to transport it somewhere safe lol) also ignore the dusty crusty leaves…😀 I have to wipe them down

My boss gave me permission to cut off a piece of the office plant if I could prove to her I could grow it and 3 weeks later here we go!!! A new leaf and some amazing roots 🤍🙈🤗

I am so grateful for this community as I build my skills. I brought this Pothos home from a co-workers office because it was long, leggy, limp, and dropping. The pot and soil were soaked so I released it from the pot (same terra cotta one you see here), inspected the roots which looked ok, removed several leaves, cleaned the pot, repotted it with my own airy potting mix, trimmed the stems and planted some of the nodes by wrapping some of the stems spirally around the top, and watered it well. 12 hours later, it is still limp and the towel underneath it is very damp despite letting it drain significantly when I watered it. Have I made the situation worse? I'm wondering if the pot is too big. I'm also wondering if I should just cut down to the roots and start again in a smaller pot. Any advice would be great!

Hello! New (to taking it seriously) the plant world. I was under the impression when I got this plant that it was of the pothos family, now that I’m getting into plants, I’ve been informed that pothos normally don’t fenestrate.. please can you ID this plant for me? It’s kept in my frog tank, so 12 hours of UVB and natural light a day, humid and often watered (when I remember). It’s gone crazy, won’t stop growing. It’s planted in peat moss purely because it’s frog friendly (I understand it’s not the best, but I’m limited to frog friendly options). When I first bought it I had no experience with plants, so it’s lucky it’s still alive.. Pic of frog for tax 🐸

I got two potho girls that are climbers. Out growing their pots. I was thinking aboit combining them into 1 pot. Thoughts? Since they are still too small for the pot size up from what they are in, but too big for current pot.

I have a marble queen pothos (she’s healthy and doing very well!) but I want to see if I can increase the variegation patterns on the leaves. I use a grow light that sits right above the leaves, should I increase the intensity of the light? Or how long it’s on? Or both? I currently have it set for an 8 hour timer during the day. Any help is appreciated! 💚

Question.. when repottng a pothos plant would it be a good idea or not to soak the root ball in water to loosen it up before repotting it or just leave it the way it is. Just curious. I replanted my bigger one and that roots ball is huge, so it got my curiosity up about that or not. I didnt do it but just curious.. thankyou..
