My golden pothos has a lot of new growth that looks like this; is this normal?

Hello! This is my first pothos plant! And my third plant in my collection. I have a friend who suggested leaving it be for two weeks so that it can adjust from the shock of leaving the store. I did take it from its pot and dump out a little bit of the soil that was left and added some soil for exotic plants. I didnât realize I also shouldnât have done that but the roots were growing out of the bottom and I thought it needed a bigger pot. Anywho, itâs still in the nursery pot but itâs sitting inside of the yellow planter. Thereâs about two inches all around it.

hi yall! i think iâve been trying to convince myself this is an epipremnum pinnatum marble and that iâm gonna have gorgeous fenestrations, but im not so sure anymore. thoughts? do they need a moss pole to fenestrate?

Hello! I'm somewhat new to the world of indoor plants and pothos, and I was wondering if anyone could help me identify the cause of the damage to my pothos. I just got a new pothos that's next to it, so my biggest worry is that the new plant brought pests with it but i haven't seen any pests. đ The pothos with the damage I got early September, and repotted it from the nursery pot. I have a barrina grow light about 6 inches from the top of it running for 12 hours. I'm not sure if any of that is the cause, or maybe its mechanical damage since my room isn't that humid? Any ideas or advice is much appreciated! đ«¶đ

Hi friends! Iâve taken a cutting of my marble queen Pothos and am propagating it in water, which I have done many times before. However this time, there seems to be this strange white growth on the roots, underwater. It seems to be quite attached to the plant when I tried to remove it, as I assumed it was some sort of mould, but now Iâm not so sure. Has anyone seen this before? Or know what it is? Thanks!

Guys, I really need help here. đ°I have had this beautiful plant for a few years now and really never had issues with her. A few months ago she started dropping leaves and as I suspected she was long overdue for a repot. I potted her into a pot 2â bigger and aroid potting mix. She was shocked for a second but then seemed to cheer up. But recently sheâs started dropping leaves fast and I cannot for the life of me find out what Iâm doing wrong. I have her under a grow light for 6hrs, water every 2 weeks, liquid fertilizer every two weeks. Unfortunately sheâs in a North facing window, but my two other pothos are there too and are thriving. Iâll include pictures of the yellowing Iâm seeing and the leggy-ness. Any help would be so appreciated. đ„ș

I found this in my pothos pot while moving her into a bigger pot. Of course thereâs a lot of roots but is this something I can propagate? I mean it has long roots but no leaf sprouting? Whatâs the best way to nurse this?

Are those little holes......bad? They aren't even really holes, but they look like they could be someday. She's been outside for the summer but there's no bugs in her soil or on her, maybe just wear and tear from being outside? Those are the only two leaves on the entire plant with the "abrasions", should I cut them off?

Hi pothos community!! My pothos sadly took a tumble after a vine got snagged on a door last night :( while looking at it today noticed the main vine has yellowing at the base. Is this rot? Any way to salvage her? Shes been going though some transitions with me moving to a warmer place and had some leaves fall but also started 2 new vines off of nodes. Please help! Also, I have not repotted her yet- which is why sheâs so cramped in my spare pot. I will repot tomorrow. THANK YOU!!

These photos are one year apart. This Nâjoy wouldnât grow and looked like it was slowly dying and it looked like that forever. I kept watering it diligently and had almost given up but, one day, I threatened to toss it and tugged* on all of the stems a little. Whatever I did, it clearly worked. Sheâs suddenly growing crazy fast and looking beautiful! *I felt like the soil was a little dense and thought tugging on the plant would loosen it a little đ€·ââïž

I recently just moved into my college dorm & brought my Pothos with me - thatâs my set up for him in the first 2 pictures, but he seems to be struggling a bit? Iâve been here 3 weeks & he seems flat in the middle and a few leaves near the start are dying. I wonder if itâs because the window is facing North and itâs also very cold in here? (Iâm on the 15th floor). Any advice or explanations please? đ đ±

HELP! I'm not sure what's wrong with Molly May here đ She's growing new leaves but the ones towards the bottom are limp and curl inwards. I water her and mist as scheduled. I don't have any fertilizer at the moment though. Could that be the issue? đ€ I honestly don't know. The mama plant she came from (Molly) is THRIVING in my bedroom. Molly May usually lives at my desk at work and she gets enough light (indirect sun and florescent) everyday. But I brought her home because I thought maybe I needed to repot her since I saw a couple of roots starting to come through the drainage holes. I'm too scared to do anything just yet though. Any thoughts?

This is my golden pothos (that Iâm not full convinced isnât a heart leaf philo cause it looks exactly like my other one) I rescued this friend from my job where she was just sitting in a dark corner in a no drainage pot that her roots were SPILLING out of. Repotted, sized up, and started untangling her. I LOVE the length but Iâm so scared sheâs going to fall out of the pot cause her vines are SO heavy I can see them pulling in the soil. Any advice for this plant would be appreciated because woah. She big, and Iâm more used to bushy smaller trails
