    Hm maybe it’s over watered or doesn’t like being outside?

    Looks to me that it's been over watered. I'd let the soil dry out before watering again and mve it to a partly sunny area. Should perk up just fine

    I made sure to only water when Planta directed. Soil is slightly damp when I stick my finger down about 2 inches. Still getting worse.
