    Hard to see in the picture. Are the leaves chewed/cut? Probably caterpillars or snails. Check for silvery snail trails or black droppings from caterpillars.

      They are like chewed looking but I just dusted the plants 1 week ago

      It’s likely a caterpillar if no silver trails. They like to hit and run.
