Does anyone what these small holes are? 2 of my leaves have them. Any tips on preventing? *Already inspected soil, leaves and roots. No root rot no pests.*

    Inconsistent watering on my marble gives me these dots throughout the leaves. Usually when I let it go too long and it’s totally dry and flopped over throwing a fit.
