*update* I propagated all of the leaves into 4 separate plants in water & just cut the stems and all of a sudden new growth popped up in the pot (see second pic) Hi all 👋 I have this pothos that only has two long stems. How do we think we can make her look better? Should I get a pole for her to climb up? Or maybe propagate it? Idk it just looks a lil weird LOL

I’ve seen people recommend circling the vines around the pot so the areal roots touch the soil and gently using bobby pins to secure the vine to the soil so that it roots and will look fuller. Maybe give that a go? I’m sure there’s a YT vid on it to show you how.

I would chop and prop. The plant is using a lot of energy maintaining the vines, rather than being able to put that energy toward bigger leaves. I also recommend using a smaller pot, since pothos have pretty small roots. This size of pot might cause the soil to stay wet for too long and lead to root rot.

What I’ve done in the past is force those nodes back into the soil using Bobby pins and let it become fuller. I’ve never had one quiet that bare though. I might chop and propagate it

Thank you!! Yeah I’m not sure why it’s like this 🙃 I ended up propagating it so hopefully that works well!
