The story I'm sticking with is I went out to only buy laundry detergent, which was in the same aisle as these guys needing to be rescued for $5. But, truly at work the first week in Aug we have a plant swap/give away scheduled, which I know I can rehab them and they'll find good homes. So, really I'm just fostering for awhile. 😀😊
Hi , can I ask , what steps will you take to rehabilitate these and what products will you use ?
0개 좋아요 Cleared out the dead and yellowed leaves. The soil was pulled away from the pot, they were so dried out. I've watered with some liquid plant food mixed into filtered water. I'll wait for them to perk up. Then maybe this weekend or next, I'm guessing it'll be a combo of either chopping/propping a few stems in water or separating the stronger ones into new soil/pots. Unless, others have some suggestions.

Today I went looking for herbs and a hanging plant, but some clearance plants begged me to save them, and it would have been rude not to listen to them, so no judgment here! 😆
2개 좋아요 Oh, one more thing. I was talking with a friend who suggested to increase the humidity too. So, they're now quarantined in my bathroom with a mini humidifier. It's an east facing window so, should be with light too.
This is the one I saved from my local Walmart. Payed $5, and save myself $15.
Amazing what some water and a little tlc does. Not even a full day later. There are some gnats surprising, so will definitely water prop and clean roots for any fresh pot/soil.
I want a plant swap at my job…. lol
