What should I do about these black spots on my pothos? I’ve had it for months now and it never happened before and it slightly started before I repotted her and now it seems even worse. Root rot? Should I use different soil? Less water?

Wolfen 🐺It could be root issue/over water, but with the little indentation it makes me think more a pest issue.

JWThat could be many things but I jump to a plant gnat. Is there white/tan spots on the nodes?
