Any idea what could be causing this yellowing on my old/not so old leaves?? I repotted a few months back when I thought maybe it was rootbound but it keeps coming out til I eventually cut off the leaves. Im thinking fungal but not sure how to tackle it, so any advice would be great!

It looks either fungal or pests. Fungal you'd just use a fungicide every 3 days for at least 3x

Thank you I know you mentioned Arber in a previous comment, I might have to check them out.

If you don't have anything on hand. Just peroxide will work till you get something

Do you have it under a grow light. That looks similar to light damage to me when the leaves start to get cooked.

I do, but it was under a different light a bit closer so I moved it away & this is only a 10W about 1ft away. I’d think if it was light it’d be more than a few leaves

Light scorching wouldn't cause the spotting or yellowing usually.

For reference, some light damage on my Manjula pole. Had my grow light a bit too close. Had to move it back and add a diffuser to the light. The new leaves are fine now.
