This cute new leafs on my neon pothos have darker green on it ? Is this normal ?

    Super pretty coloring! And yea my neon pothos does the same, even some white/light marbling on some of the leaves too. They're just some variegation that'll look like other pothos who were bred from those variegated leaves or perhaps the neon variegation came from pothos who looked more uniformly like that leaf. If you don't like the look, you could prune the leaves, keep the node and hope the next leaf that grows in is more neon.
