I had this golden pothos cutting in a little cup with water for like 6 months and it grew 3 more leaves and some roots and I put it in a pot with soil yesterday is there anything I can do to make sure it stays alive because last time I put a cutting from water in soil it died
Lots of light, don’t overwater it and mist it every 3 days or so.

I looked into this once because I had the same issue! Any plant you take out of water to put in soil, doesn't like the initial shock of being more dry so you basically need to overwater her and slowly wean her off to a normal watering schedule. Hope this helps!
2 likesAlright thank you, when I put it in yesterday I completely soaked the soil when I put it because I that that suspicion but I wasn’t sure
