Two things: I have some Golden Pothos growing in water, is it normal for a leaf to turn yellow while the entire plant is heathy? Like really though it’s living its best life but one leaf just died is it normal? I also have a N’Joy Pothos and it is recovering from neglect and under-watering, but it has some yellow and crispy leaves. Is it safe to cut those off? Thank you for any info anyone is to offer?

    Older leaves die off. It could just be an old leaf on the golden pothos. It’s best to cut dead dry leaves. They can rot and spread bacteria

      Thank you this is a lot of help! So naturally should I just cut off the crispy one on the Golden too??

    If you want the golden to be long term in water, and has an established root system, you’ll need to add fertilizer to the water for it to sustain it. Water can only do so much for a plant and once its rooted it needs a little extra to be able to live in it forever. Unless you already are! Its also very normal for older leaves to yellow and die. Usually you can easily remove them by gently pulling on them, shouldn’t need any scissors :)

      It has been in there for a year and a half I think, and it has a pretty good root system. Are you saying I should be feeding it?

      Yes :) super diluted, but it needs some nutrients added.
