      I found one yesterday on clearance at the grocery store. I have to watch because impulse buying is real for my ADHD and I’ve recently gotten 6 different syngoniums.

      Same here! Went to my parents’ three hours away for Thanksgiving, and I went out with my mom and sister. Somehow, I have 10 new plants. Good thing I have room, and that I had some dead plants that I had to toss! ADHD is real!!!!

    What I like about pothos is that if you get one you've essentially gotten yourself several plants. You can grow one hanging, propagate it and grow it on a moss pole, and propagate it in water or another medium. Overbooked yourself and don't have time to manage your props? That's fine; they can stay wherever they are for a long time. Need to stave off another impulse buy..? Prop your pothos again. Get really disorganized and forget about them for a week? That's fine; they're pothos. They'll make it through. I think choosing plants that work with your attention style is a smart move, and I think pothos and ADHD are a good match! So yes-- totally get it, on both a rational AND a plant-addict basis 😅
