Has anyone received help from live chat? I’ve tried twice and when it finally goes to email I am asked a question and when I reply I get a message saying I’m nit using the correct email. Super annoying bc we’re paying for expert help

BethI've always gotten answers via the chat. It may take a day or two, but I get answers. I think you have to use the email they have on file

That's awful. Hopefully someone has better answers than I do. If nothing else, maybe change the email in your account?

SnowstormI’ve reached out twice and the second time was after the most recent app update and I noticed they changed it a bit. I had to type in my email in a pop up box that wasn’t there the first time but it did accept it (but I remember it seeming very strange) I have seen one of the Planta help person on the forum here, their name is @Breanna so hopefully they see your message. Have you tried posting in the ‘app help’ forum as well?
