Hello! New plant owner here! I have the leafs that have holes in them, is this a pest problem or is my air too dry?

Looks like mechanical damage from the leaf unfurling. Not uncommon with a golden pothos. Would double check the plant for pests just to be sure.
1 likeI wouldn’t stress if only one leaf has a hole. The end leaf does look like it had trouble opening, as YinDeezy stated. Not an issue if other new leaves are opening well.

A few of the leaves at the top have a few holes in them.
0 likesSeveral leaves with holes could be low humidity as mentioned above, if there are no pest. Consider placing a humidifier near the plant.
