Any idea what type of pests may have been here?

    Are you sure it’s a pest and not old damage? May have been thrips, but I have a plant with that similar hole like in your pic on the left, but it was a ficus with a leaf bent in transit. As the leaf grew bigger, the slit became a hole. No other damage, though, and the plant is doing well in my house.

    From what I can see in the pics, it looks more like damage from being bent or roughed up somehow. Just my opinion, without seeing the actual plant.

    Hmm, I actually didn’t think about damage. I guess because of the way it’s shaped? I grew this from a cutting and the damaged leaf on the left was what I planted, except at the time it was not damaged. Now that I’m thinking about it, it is possible my cat damaged it at some point. Thank you!
