Hi there! Golden Pothos owner here looking for some plant care advice…I’ve had my pothos for about a year now and for the last few months since the weathers been cold, the vines have been dying off left and right. I’ve tried repotting it in a bigger pot, cutting off dead roots, changed sun spots, plucked off dying leaves, etc. It tends to start out as browning/blacking around the tips of the leaves and then eventually turns yellow and die off and this will travel down until I have to remove the entire vine. Any thoughts of what I can do or is she a goner 😭?? I’m down to only 4 vines!! Any input would help 🙏🏼

Dying in winter could be caused by several conditions: reduced natural lighting from shorter days, dryer air from home heating, colder temperatures from drafts and slower growth without reductions in water/fertilizer.

Thank you! So what do you recommend?

Upload a picture of the plant. We may be able to see the main cause.

I have a golden pothos :) he's doing great but before I moved him to his current location he didn't have enough sun. I would take propagations just in case he dies off completely so you'll have at least a little part of him left if more sun doesn't work :)
