Why do some of my potho vines look like they are starting to root rot while others do well in water? These are from the same jar 🤷🏼‍♀️

    I keep 2-3 nodes per cutting to get roots growing quickly. Long vines can spend time trying to keep the leaves from falling off instead of growing new roots. I recommend cutting off the dark vines above a healthy node. Use smaller cuttings. Rinse with hydrogen peroxide to disinfect. Disinfect the container and tools. Disinfect hands. 🪴🍀

    This looks like my brasil philodendron. Is there a pothos that looks the same?

      Yes! Different variations of growth but similar leaf shape, color, and pattern!! ( at least to my knowledge)

      OP’s plant isn’t a pothos. Definitely looks like a philo brasil.

      After more digging it looks they are indeed the same plant and are actually labeled as philos!!
