Hi all, I bought this marble queen pothos about 4 years ago from a tiny cutting. The first leaves it put out were very variegated but since then most have been fully green as you can see. Is it simply the case that my pothos needs more light or could it possibly be a different type of pothos. (this isn’t its permanent home) Any ideas are welcome Thank you

    It might be a golden pothos which has light green / yellowish variegation But yes, getting more light can help the plant to put out more variegated leaves.

    It looks like you have a golden pothos which can produce variegated leaves not a marble queen.

    Marble Queen is a variation of golden pothos. It will revert, losing the white markings, without sufficient light. They can live in lower light. They need bright indirect light to maintain the white markings. Move it to brighter lighting or place a grow light near it to see if the new growth has whiter leaves. It may just be a golden as send_nodes stated. They are lovely too!🍀🪴
