The green and brown nodes are root nodes. It’s where the plant could grow roots if there’s dirt or water for them to plant into

I don't plan on letting it grow just yet. I do want to propagate her though! Do you think I should clip this part to do that?

Yes if you’re propagating her, you want to cut just below a root node so that the node is on the piece of plant that’ll become a new plant. Then you just stick the root node in water or dirt and then wait. With pothos, I find water is the easiest
