I’ve had this plant for a few years and was under the impression (wrong one) that it was a golden pothos because that’s what the nursery pot said (got from a grocery store) what kind of pothos is this? It has a SINGLE variegated leaf

    It’s a golden pothos even with no variegation. Pothos can revert to solid green under low light conditions. It will have more variegation with more light. Add a bright grow light within a foot of it for at least 12 hours a day or place in bright indirect light for 8 hours a day. 🪴🍀

      I used to have it hanging where it had bright indirect light but it didn’t seem to like that. I guess I could try again but even all the cuttings I have of it that get light have stayed solid green

      It probably reverted to green. It could be hard to get variegations again. It happens sometimes. I bought a pothos that was sold as reverted. It started putting out variegated leaves after sitting in late evening direct sunlight as shown in my photo. It was unexpected and happened several months later. 🪴🍀

      I agree! Get a clip-on grow light on the internet and clip it straight to the pot! It will get some more variegation with more/good light. It’s in low light right now.
