I wish this marbling variegation would’ve kept up maybe I should try propping them 🤓

    I don’t know all the details, but it’s my understanding the variegation change may be related to how much light it receives. Maybe someone else with more knowledge can provide some input?

      In some cases yes— this is actually a neon pothos which is supposed to have zero variegation. It’s just a solid bright green leaf. This plant however sometimes puts out leaves with spots of darker variegation & these two leaves just happen to have a creamy variegation. It’s called “sport variegation” which is a random error in its DNA.

      There is a plant called “neon marble queen pothos” which is pretty much where these mutations are successfully propagated & reproduced 🤓
