My pothos has NOT been doing well. I finally decided to completely repot it so it could just be a fresh start for it and its roots are COMPLETELY GONE. There were a ton of roots in the soil but only this on the plants. Any advice on how to proceed? I’m new to the plant world (my plan was to go down on pot size and give her a good water today with new soil and see if I can get the roots back growing but if anyone has something else more effective I am ALL ears)
I would put her on water and let her develop some more roots.

We did water also and she took off.

All water is definitely a good option for never having your pothos go though root rot again. If you want you can also try leca and water. Still no chance of root rot I just found plants in leca transfer to soil more easily then just water.
