Hi I’m new to pothos, I’ve just planted my clippings. Do I need to trim them? Add more clippings to make it fuller? Do I need to give it support to climb? This photo is not where I’m keeping it. Thanks!

Sarah LBYou can role the vines up and repot into town soil to get a fluffier plant to start with then attach command hooks to have it growing up your wall or let it trail

Bernie Botanical 🌿If you want to give cuttings the best chance at success, I would water propagate them 😊

PhilDid you just stick the cuttings into soil or did you have them in water to form roots first? In water till roots form is more successful. Keep the cuttings relatively short because there will be no roots to support a long stem with many leaves. And you can then plant several rooted cuttings into the same pot. For established plants, you can twist a stem around and anchor it to the soil with a plant hook. Roots will grow from the nodes. Once your plant is doing well, repot and add a moss pole. This is my neon with a moss pole I added a couple weeks ago. I prefer this look as opposed to trailing or attached to the walls.

I had it in water until I had an inch of roots. I will try anchoring the long stem into the soil again. Thanks for the help!
