My golden and marble queen pothos have been outside since late April, and I just wanted to show them off! The amount of growth I get when they’re outside in the summer never ceases to amaze me! (Ignore my pitiful zz plant in the corner, we’re not getting along at the moment, but I’m working on repairing our relationship)
Gorgeous 🤩! I missed the opportunity to put my plants outside this year. Somehow, a few of my spider plants caught thrips, and after battling those for six weeks, I was too leery to risk putting my other plants outdoors. Treating thrips completely zapped my motivation and excitement .

How did you treat your thrips? I just found some last night on my Hi-Lo Beauty. I sprayed all my plants with alcohol last night and now I am starting a systemic gradual. 🙄
0개 좋아요 I used systemic granules to treat the soil and rotated insecticidal sprays (Captain Jack’s Dead Bug Brew, Arber Bio Insecticide, and Bonide’s Insecticidal Soap) each week for six weeks to treat the leaves, kill any active thrips, and help prevent resistance. It worked, but whew… it was such a long process! 😩 Good luck to you—you’re fighting a whole war, not just a battle, with thrips!
