    I would cut the vines without any leaves even if the ends have leaves. Propagate the leaves at the end of the bare vines, if you want..

    More light and regular fertilizer in the warmer months will give bigger leaves, more variegations and darker colors in the green areas. I agree with taking cuttings once the light levels are higher. I would cut back to the rim to get a full bushy plant. 🪴 🍀

    Looks healthy to me. If you prefer a fuller plant, you can pin a bare stem back in the soil.
